Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the public website at sktudio.app, SKtudio Account, SKtudio Hub, SKtudio extensions, support services and related product-access services together referred to as the “Services.” The Services are provided by SKtudio, an independent software studio operated by Saiful Islam Khaled.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account or accepting a product offer that refers to these Terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional product, order or offer terms shown before you obtain access form part of this agreement; those specific terms control if they directly conflict with these general Terms.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your location. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. The Services are not intended for children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply under local law.
The SKtudio Services
SKtudio provides specialist creative-software products and connected services. The public website presents product information. SKtudio Account manages identity, product access, devices, requests and support. SKtudio Hub provides the supported installation, update and product-management path. Extensions perform their intended work inside compatible Adobe host applications.
Features, availability and compatibility may differ by product, version, access state, device or platform. Only compatibility, access, price and licence information expressly shown for a product should be relied upon.
Accounts and sign-in
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and promptly notifying SKtudio of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that bypasses an applicable user or device allowance.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Firebase Authentication also apply their respective terms and policies. Google sign-in is used to authenticate and identify your SKtudio account; it does not give SKtudio access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendars or other Google product content through the current sign-in flow.
SKtudio may require email verification, account approval, device registration or other reasonable checks before enabling particular Services.
Product access and software licence
When SKtudio grants you access to a software product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use that product for its intended purpose, for the applicable access period and on the number of devices or targets permitted by the product or order terms. The software is licensed, not sold.
Your access may be paid, complimentary, trial-based, plan-based or individually granted. Access can have an end date, device limit, supported host requirement or update condition. The terms displayed in the applicable offer, checkout, account or written grant determine those details.
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, bypass licence or device controls, remove notices, tamper with verification mechanisms, or reverse engineer the software.
Your artwork and content
You retain your rights in artwork, documents and other content you create or use with SKtudio products. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that content to SKtudio.
If you voluntarily submit files, screenshots, messages or other content to support, you authorize SKtudio to access and use that material only as reasonably needed to investigate the request, provide support, protect the Services and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share submitted material.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, releases or non-public endpoints;
- circumvent access, licence, device, integrity, signing, installation or update protections;
- introduce malware, disrupt the Services, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization or interfere with another user;
- misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person or submit false access requests; or
- use automated means to scrape, overload or extract protected parts of the Services.
Prices, payments and refunds
Prices, currency, taxes, billing period, included products, device allowance, update entitlement, trial conditions and support level apply only when expressly presented in a product offer or checkout. SKtudio does not treat placeholder or preview information as a binding offer.
If a third-party payment provider is used, that provider processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy. You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay disclosed charges. Refund eligibility is determined by the refund terms shown at purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
Hub, installation and updates
SKtudio Hub is the supported method for installing and updating current SKtudio products unless a product expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible host application, operating system and device environment.
Updates may add, change or remove features, address defects, maintain compatibility or protect the Services. SKtudio does not guarantee compatibility with unlisted host versions, modified extensions, unsupported installation methods or environments outside the published requirements.
Trials, beta and preview features
Trials, beta, private-beta, preview or upcoming features may be limited, changed or withdrawn and may not be suitable for production work. Any duration, device allowance, confidentiality requirement or conversion condition will be disclosed with the applicable access. “Upcoming” information is not a guaranteed release commitment.
Third-party services and trademarks
The Services may interact with or link to third-party products and services, including Google authentication, Firebase and Adobe applications. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and SKtudio is not responsible for services it does not control.
Adobe and Adobe Illustrator are trademarks of Adobe. Google and related marks are trademarks of Google. References describe compatibility or service integration and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
SKtudio intellectual property
The Services, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, graphics and underlying technology are owned by SKtudio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used by SKtudio to improve the Services without an obligation to compensate you, but it does not give SKtudio ownership of your artwork.
Availability and changes
SKtudio works to provide reliable Services but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, compatibility changes or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. SKtudio may change or discontinue a Service or feature, while respecting applicable law and any specific active access commitments.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SKtudio disclaims implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining appropriate backups and deciding whether a product is suitable for a particular design or production workflow. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKtudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data or production opportunity arising from the Services. Any aggregate liability that can lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount you paid SKtudio for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account closure by contacting SKtudio, subject to retention that is permitted or required by law.
SKtudio may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment or harm to the Services or others. Where appropriate, SKtudio will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive termination.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law that applies to SKtudio’s relationship with you under applicable conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and SKtudio agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by contacting each other. Product-specific purchase terms may identify a more specific governing law or forum where legally permitted.
Changes to these Terms
SKtudio may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, security or business operations. Revised Terms will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or account contact information. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, SKtudio will request any consent required by law.
General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective and the affected provision will be applied to the greatest lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without SKtudio’s consent; SKtudio may transfer it as part of a legitimate business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law. These Terms and incorporated product-specific terms form the entire agreement about the Services they cover.
