Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how SKtudio collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use the public website at sktudio.app, SKtudio Account, SKtudio Hub, SKtudio extensions, support services and related product-access services together referred to as the “Services.”
SKtudio is an independent specialist software studio operated by Saiful Islam Khaled. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@sktudio.app.
Information we collect
The information we process depends on which part of the Services you use:
- Account and identity information: email address, display name, profile image when available, authentication-provider identifier, email-verification state, account status, registration date and registered country code.
- Product and access information: products connected to your account, plan or subscription status, complimentary or trial access, access and expiry states, product requests, request messages and request-review history.
- Device and application information: device identifier, device label, application name, platform, operating-system version, Hub version, extension version, registration and last-seen times, device status and security-related device fingerprints.
- Support information: support subject, category, message content, conversation history, relevant product or device details you choose to provide and message timestamps.
- Technical information: internet protocol address, browser or application type, request time, requested route, error and security-event information that may be recorded by our hosting, authentication or API infrastructure.
- Information you send directly: communications, feedback and any other details you voluntarily provide to SKtudio.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials, private keys or unrelated sensitive information through support messages.
Google sign-in and Google user data
SKtudio offers Google sign-in through Google Authentication and Firebase Authentication. When you choose this option, SKtudio requests only the basic account information needed to authenticate you: your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image when Google makes them available.
SKtudio uses this Google user data to sign you in, create or synchronize your SKtudio account, display your account identity, associate product access and support activity with the correct account, protect the Services from misuse and communicate about your account or requested support.
SKtudio does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars or other Google product content through the current sign-in flow. SKtudio does not receive your Google password.
Google user data is stored only as needed in Firebase Authentication and SKtudio account systems. It is not sold, used for advertising or transferred for unrelated purposes. It may be processed by service providers acting for SKtudio, disclosed when legally required, or used to investigate security and abuse, as described below.
SKtudio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- authenticate users and maintain account sessions;
- provide, administer and support product access, trials, subscriptions and account requests;
- register and manage authorized devices and support installation, updates and licence operation;
- respond to support conversations and service communications;
- maintain service reliability, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse and protect users and SKtudio;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms; and
- improve the user-facing Services using operational feedback and aggregated service information.
Depending on your location and the context, the legal basis for processing may be performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with law, or SKtudio’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Services. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies, local storage and the public website
The current public showcase does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It stores your selected light, dark or system theme preference in browser local storage so the interface can remember your choice.
Authentication services may use cookies, browser storage or similar technology where necessary to complete sign-in, protect sessions and prevent misuse. Your browser can restrict these technologies, but essential account or sign-in features may then stop working.
Retention and deletion
SKtudio retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain the account and product-access record, resolve support matters, protect security, meet legal or accounting requirements and establish or defend legal claims. Different categories may be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer required, SKtudio will delete, anonymize or securely isolate it as appropriate. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten through ordinary backup processes.
You may request account or personal-data deletion by emailing support@sktudio.app. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it, including security, transaction, dispute and licence records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority. SKtudio may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can disconnect Google access from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete the corresponding SKtudio account or records. Contact SKtudio separately if you also want to request deletion.
You may sign out of active sessions and manage or revoke registered devices through SKtudio Account where those controls are available.
Security
SKtudio uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated account boundaries, access controls and protected service communications. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so SKtudio cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact SKtudio promptly and avoid sending secrets in the message.
International processing
SKtudio and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, SKtudio relies on recognized transfer mechanisms or other legal protections for international processing.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and SKtudio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact SKtudio so the situation can be reviewed. Higher minimum ages may apply in some locations.
Changes to this policy
SKtudio may update this Privacy Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or account contact information when appropriate.
